08 superduty mirrors

I have 08 f250 and am wanting to get rid of the paddle mirrors in exchange for the tow mirrors, dont want power telescoping nor power fold.just power adjusting heat and turn signal. my dealer here in las vegas says they cant get them for me yet,but I keep hearing how
everyone is buying them. where do I get them? or would anyone be interested in a swap with some cash.

They must be getting them from OEM dealer because I haven't seen anything outside after doing some looking around. Good luck finding it though.
