No. You'll need 99.5 or newer ones unless you're talking about the flanges on the exhaust manifolds.

Yup, flange at manifold are the same. I know when i did my swap, I used the up-pipes and the y-pipe off the 02 setup. Since they were already together.

Flanges on the manifolds are the same size, you'll need to replace everything above the manifolds.

The intercooler pipes are the same. While you got the spider off, cut that stupid AIH element off. I used a cut off wheel and just the element right off. Cheapest way possible and it dont look bad. The up-pipes will hook up fine. Start spraying the bolts on the up-pipe to manifold with pb blaster or favorite rust breaker NOW. On mine the nuts came off, but the bolt was rusted into the manifold, it took 2 hours to get the bolts out. Tried everything then took an air hammer to hit them out. I didnt have time to spray it down with rust breaker since my turbo was about ready to explode(wheel hitten the housing bad). The intake manifold on the passengers side after you loosen all the bolts and you get to the one that wont loosen up all the way since the HPOP is in the way, just loosen it to the point when it just touches the hpop and slide the manifold back, the manifold is notched so that you can slide it out backwards. Also get some new ped and turbo o rings, and change the donuts on the up-pipes while they are out, since they are cheap anyways. If you get lost let me know.

Like solid said. Everything above the exhaust manifold needs to be from the 01. The y-pipe where it bolts to the turbo needs to be off the 01.

I did mine 2 weeks ago, have a lot of ratchet extentions on hand.(and prayer) The only way I got the y manifold back on the turbo was to put it on before placing the turbo on the pedistal, then fingering the pass. side up-pipe in the outlet. Put the flanges with the new doughnuts on first but don't tighten. This was probably the hardest job I did on this truck , there were times I did'nt realize I could say so many words in one breath. Needless to say, I hope it don't need done again anytime soon. Hope it goes well for you.

To me swappin out the turbo (from early to late) was easier than replacing the ball joints to be honest with ya.

You may want to think about getting the new up pipes with the bellows. I did mine last weekend (E-350, easy) and I was surprised how bad the stock ones leaked. In my opinion the donut gasket is a horrible design and since you are already in there, you might as well fix it right.
