Still won't start
OK, All fuses good, replaced the CPS, still cranks really fast and won't start. Tach bounces when it's cranking. It's a 1997 F350 with the PSD. I need the truck for my 5th wheel, got a big camping trip coming up. Thanks in advance, Alan.

So what were you doing when it quit?...
If you have been cranking on it for a while , the HPOP resevoir is most likely empty.
It should have oil to about 1/2 inch from the top
Is the crancase full?...
Are you sure about the fuses?
Are you getting any smoke?
Make sure the IPR nut is on it & the wires are plugged in & not shorting out
Do you get a WTS light?...
Is the CEL on?...
Do you have enough fuel?...
Just a few thoughts.....
