I have searched through the threads and can not find anything in comparison to whats happening to me. The truck idles really rough and spits black smoke. I have no low end power. Even when I have Bully Dog on extreme I get nothing. Then when i get above 45 and it gets into overdrive the trucks start shuddering and will get worse until it downshifts and picks up. Im really stumped and I talked to a mechanic from the dealership and he told me he had no clue and they would just end up swapping parts out until the problem was solved(especially since it isnt under warranty and they will make a lot of money off it). anyone got any ideas?

The shuddering above 45mph in OD is the transmission slipping/OD not properly locking up. The BullyDog and ALL "chips/inline fuel modules" are notorious for damaging the Torqueshif transmission.

I am getting the DTC codes.... P0403 P0405 p0560 p0274. I was told by a mechanic that it was the exhaust pressure sensor. But i can not find that part at a reasonable price.

How about giving us the Year, Mileage and Mods on the truck.
P0273 Cylinder #5 Injector circuit high. Open circuit or bad injector coil.
P0403 & P0405 are EGR codes, bad EGR circuit.
P0560 I have no listing for that code.
So it appears the EGR circuit is bad or the EGR valve is bad. You probably have a bad injector at cylinder #5, it could also be a wiring issue at the injector. But if one injector is bad you may have more. You need to have a tech do a contribution test on the injectors.
I don't know what a reasonable price for parts is, but if it is pasted the 5/100K warranty, injectors, EGR valves and other sensors can get very expensive in a hurry.
