Hey guys, the tailgate on my '78 F150 is having issues. I pull the latch and the drivsers side latch will unlatch (not very smoothly) but the passenger side won't unlatch at all. There is a small dent above the latch, but doesn't seem to affect the movement of the latch at all. I look under the handle and the rods seem to move alright. Any ideas on this one?

 

shoot some penitration oil on the latch, I have had them stick when they get dry
