Front axle seals
I can't seem to drive the big knuckle seal onto my front axles.
The seal seems to be made different than the original in that the tapered edge faces the wrong way. Definately reverse to the original seal.
I broke a home-made seal driver (floor flange and pipe) and then bent a bought one.
I will have to take the axles to the dealer to get them to hammer them on.
Anyone else notice this with new seals?
