08 Headlight bulbs

So I want to upgrade my headlight bulbs and I really dont know which brand to use. My other concern is that I am able to match them to the fog lights since I run them all the time. My freind has been really happy with his Silverstar bulbs but I want to hear what you guys think. Any help would be great, thanks.

I am running Piaa superwhites. I have used the $8-50 bulbs and these are the best I have had. They don't wash out as badly on wet fresh black top, and they produce high output without extra current. My 9007 should be 110/120 watt out put with the stock 45/65 watt bulb draw.

Can you link me to a site where I can get them? Also will the 9007 work for the 08, and what's the model number for the fog lights? The only Piaa lights I found was the 9000 series Star White or Xtreme White?

I don't know on the 08's yets, I haven't seen an app guide that covered it. HTTP://www.PIAA.COM They don't currently make a 9008, which is why I still have 2003 head lights.

If you want them to work better when it's wet out, stay away from the blue coated bulbs (PIAA, Silverstars, Nokya). The only upgraded clear 9008 bulb that I'm aware of right now is the Sylvania Xtravision. They work really well when combined with a harness upgrade and slightly better without.

If you don't care about the pretty look, they are the only way to go. Cheaper too (and basically the same thing but with no blue coating)

They will be just a bit whiter than the fogs because the filament burns hotter, but they won't look awkward. Do a search on the harness topic if you aren't familiar with it.
