Thumbs up Hi, Da Bus!!!

Da Bus,

My family calls mine the "Land Yacht", but someone here already took that name in a clever fashion.

Congratulations and good luck, you'll have your excursion for years to come. And if it ever breaks, someone here already knows how to fix it.

I've belonged to other car forums before, but nothing like this. You'll see how knowledgeable, courteous and sincere the people in this forum are, and they're not even getting paid to do it.

Now if the people we have to deal with everyday could take a lesson from the FTE Forum Users........

I jumped in on that thread so my vote was for Chicago, of course.

How do I go about becoming a Supporter? I am already getting some great information here and I want to contribute.

HA HA, I am glad to be one of you!

Initially, I'll have a lot of questions, but that's how it always starts out. Soon I'll be adding content and offering intelligent suggestions -- hopefully.

My wife has named our X "Fordzilla"! Our's is a 2000 Limited with 3.73 gears and a 7.3 PSD and 4wd. I'll hook our 9500# (loaded) car trailer to it and it will run up and down hills at 75 mph all day without changing speed or shifting out of overdrive. We absolutely love it.

I refuse to call mine Mineral Grey.

It's a dark shade of Ford's Arizona Beige.

"MINE"

Welcome Da Bus I have been a member of the forum less than a month and have already learned so much from suspension to outside key pad use.

I do believe you will be very happy with everyone here.

And I guess I will throw in that our X's named MINE because everytime I say ours, my, or the truck I hear from some where my wife yell "NO ITS MINE"
