Steering Problem
I have had a problem with my '03 F350 PSD Ext. cab for about a month now. It doesn't happen constantly but I can make either a left or right turn and it takes a lot of effort to get the truck to recenter. Normally I can take a turn let go of the steering wheel and it will recenter. Ive had brake calipers and alignments checked and the mechanic says their fine. I have 285/75/16 BFG AT KO's that I just put on but the problem was befort that. Any ideas would be awesome.

I would start with replacing the PS fluid, if that doesn't cure it, then you will need to replace the gear box. Something in the internals is getting hung up and your probably fighting the pump to turn the wheel back.

i had the same thing in my 07 F350 CC, when is had less than 2000 Miles on it. the dealer relpaced the steering damper, then the power steering pump, both with no help to the problem.
at last they replaced the whole mechanical steering box. that fixed the problem
