AC condensation drain problem

when i use my AC and shut it off for a few minutes (like when getting gas) and i start the car again and start driving i hear a lot of water sloshing in a container, sorta like the condensation that collected is not draining, but if i shut it off long enough (like overnight) i dont hear the water the next day when i drive it. Im thinking the drain is clogged or restricted since it seems to drain if given enough time.
My question is, where is the drain or container located? is there a tube somewhere that i can check for clogging?

Look behind the passenger side inner fender. The end of the drain tube will be back there somewhere.

Can i get more detail? I looked under there and all i saw were 4 steel lines that appear to be the brake lines, I also checked the driver side as well. If anyone can tell me where the pan is, I should be able to trace it out from there.
