well...seeing that '67 for sale got me all excited again so i started cruising the galleries. there's some really nice ones too!! as the one for sale is a flareside, thats what i'm posting... were the flaresides rare?? i can't seem to see many of them...
in the bargain hunter there's also a '63 merc unibody in sturgis, '74 1/2 ton 240 6cyl, '76 w/429, 79 4x4 w/400m... anybody want ##'s pm me, or pick up the bargain hunter...
yes, the local 7/11 should have one. i got a hold of the guy, going to look at the truck tomorrow. he's real eager to get rid of it, so a deal may be in order... he also has a '51 1 ton, box and hoist with a new flathead if anyone's interested, going really cheap!! let me know and i'll look at it for anyone...
I would be interested in the Flattie...I would of course take the whole truck.
Maybe Colin or Ryan would like the rest.
Naw I'm done got what I want. But if I did get a Flattie by itself I would have a idea what to do with it.... but i'd have to be pretty much running geting tired of unsticking valves and rings.
looking at the galleries again, i see that the middle link, the truck that started white, ended blue, the truck is a longbox. i think that's what i'm looking at...i'm getting excited!!!!
well, frig, this is sounding real stupid, but i don't know if i'll be able to go look at it today or not...work, then the missus has this wedding thing that i'm getting gears about 'cause i'm missing the ceremony so i gotta be at the reception.... gggrrrrrrr frigging married life...
Yeah thats one thing its nice but i dont care for getting married early then you dont have time or money for toys well i guess you should cause you dont got kids yet!
marriage is great dustin...just that there are many trying times...today was one of them. she sure looked awesome all dolled up though, so i couldn't really get mad... back to the topic, i'm fer sure going to look at that truck tomorrow!!! nothing is getting in my way!!!!!!!!!!!!!
