...no.....It is the responsibility of every registered member to keep and maintain a USUABLE email address, if it changes or you have ISP issues it still is everyone’s requirement to have a reachable email address.

if my isp is down how do you propose I get you a useable e-mail address, being that the isp is down there is no service? just a hypothetical question as I am on a rf broad-band service that occasionally goes down does that make me out of the requirements? if youre server goes off-line does that make you out of the requirements? a little Draconion IMHO.
