Ken, I am about to take delivery of a 2003 Lincoln Navigator. I have the Diablo chip (78 hp) in my 2002 PSD and I love it. What is your recommendation for the Lincoln? Chip or Mircotuner? I am not particulary interested in a switchable chip because I do not want any visible switches, etc.
Do you know the ECU code (passenger side door frame next to hinges)? With a 2003 the selection from either company is limited. Let me know and I'll give you a run down of the options.
Ken, I have waited to get some mileage on the new car. I have had some difficulty finding the code. There is a sticker on the firewall passenger side that says "CAU1" Is that it?
An update. Its not chippable. It has the new p-tech style computer, which does not have service port to plug a chip into. Hopefully Diablo will produce a Predator for it.
Nothing yet, unfortunately. When Diablo finally comes out with the unit it will support multi-octane settings. If you're already using 91 octane than you get a free mileage boost for your gas money in addition to the horsepower increase.
