My new 07 f350 auto trans seems to have a pause when shifting into gear. It seems to do it into drive or reverse. Do other trucks do this or should i see the dealer. It only has 3k on it. Any feedback will help.

I am assuming your truck is All stock with no mods. There is a slight delay when shifting from Reverse to Drive or vice a versa, you must be at a full stop for it to shift. Has it always shifted this way or is it getting worse?
