ford fuel pressure
I overhauled my fuel pressure system. New on rail pump, injectors, FPR, filter, and hose. My pressure stays is at 30 when i hold my finger on the FPR nipple and less when its off. It holds pretty good. Isn't it suppose to be at 41?
The plenum is off with all the vaccum hoses. Will this affect the pressure. I wan to know before I put the plenum back in. Can I start the car with the plenum off?

Low fuel should not affect anything, Unless its low enough to pull air thru. I checked my '89 Bronco pressure. Initial pressure when key is turned to run is 40 psi. Constant running pressure regardless of throttle position is 32psi.
