Diablo Delta No Start

Ken I got my chip in today 2000 ford excursion... Invoice#69932

the truck will start in position 3 but wont in either 1 or 2...???

I took the chip back out and really "scrubbed" hard on the connection and .... IT WORKS!!! .. thanks I'm going to pu the rest of it back together and do some test driving.. will post some results later..thanks Guy

Good to hear! About 95% of no-starts are due to the connector cleaning. Unfortunately, the conformal coating is pretty clear so its easy to leave some.

overall I am happy with this purchase

however "throttle response" from take off (unless at wot) doesnt seem much diffrent than before(kind of a flat spot).. and I dont really notice any diffrence between the 50hp and 80hp settings..
also wanted to make sure this chip was "compensated" for tire size

make no mistake there is definatley a diffrence in performance with this chip (for people reading this and thinking of purchase)
