Replacing the steering box
How hard is it to change the steering box in my '98 F-150? i'll be picking up the steering box out of a 200 F150 tomorrow and want to do a swap.
Am I into a world of hurt here or what?
Do those Haynes repair manuals work or what?

Not sure about the steering box, but the haynes manual might give you an indication as to how swappable the parts are. The manual covers a certain number of years of the truck. So long as that includes 98 and 2000, you're in good shape.
Not sure how hard the Job is.
The haynes manual is good if you're mechanically inclined, and in some cases lucky. If not you'll inevitably get frustrated with it. Most of use have been there. I think it's worth the 10 bucks you have to pay for it.
