tailgate weight?
Just lifted a 2008 SD tailgate with step. It feels twice as heavy to lift as the 2004 I remember. Is it just the step making all this difference? Is the spring assist in the SD supposed to make the lift the same as the LD? Seems like they should have increased the spring rate in the SD to compensate for the added weight?
