thermostat housing

does any one kno what the vacume lines going to the thermostat housing and do i need them

They are PVS (ported vacuum switch...) they open/close vacuum sources at a certain temperature for emissions.

As you needing them, that depends.

ive already removed every thing emisions related th only thing im worried about is that my vacuum advance goes in to it but i can rout that else where right

The PVS switch is used to direct full vacuum to your advance when the engine is cold to improve idle and efficiency. When the engine warms up it directs ported vacuum to the advance mechanism. In some systems when the engine gets very warm the PVS directs full vacuum to the advance so that the engine idle speed and air circulation is increased.

Use it for it's intended purpose.

Remember that when you remove the EGR you will need to recalibrate your distributor. There is a ton of info on that subject already here.
