fuel injection pump

my truck is starting cold, not hot these days. mechanic 'tested' and says the fuel injection pump is malfunctioning during hot engine times.
found one at 'diesel care'. their prices are gentle in comparison.
i am wondering about any insight on the confirmation of the diagnosis and anyone's experience with 'diesel care'.

thanks again.

Check out diesel cares feed back on ebay-including warranty comments- all shops seem to have some problems. but the price is unbeatable, I've had an IP and rebuilt injectors in my truck for about a year now with no problem FWIW.
