Valve cover torque, how much?
I need to fish that part out of my engine, from under the valve cover (the pcv grommet), so I'll work on it this weekend. I bought a cork gasket and have some RTV blue gasket maker and was told to apply it to the valve cover, attach cork and let dry, then install on engine but don't over torque.
what trorque do i need? any other tips?

Tealboy, if you need some assistance in decifering which constitutes a 73-79 truck topic from a specific systems topic,,please feel free to ask me.
The specific systems forums where created to accept those topics that pertain to those topics that would relate to ANY YEAR truck.
ie: Valve covers were put on all engines for decades and the torque values are pretty well the same.
These specific systems forums need posts made to them to build them up as well.
