starter????

My 2003 expedition makes a clicking noise (2 clicks) before starting and other times it just has NO power nothing happens is this a starter porblem or something else entirely??????????

Sound like either a bad battery, or corrosion and/or loose connection at the battery cable.

Start by getting the battery tested, and by cleaning the battery terminals and posts really well.
