ford authorized mod. sticker

I have a sticker under my hood with ENG#0044327 written on it. Can anyone clue me in to what this means or do I have to go to Ford directly ..

I know at my dealer whenever they reflash the PCM they add that decal andwrite the PCM flash number on the decal.. Probably same deal with yours..
