2001 Headlight assy. removal

2001 Headlight assy. removal
As was rp_farmer,previously, I need to remove my headlight assy to remove cover to get to my inst. cluster. I can't find a Hayne's manual for 2001, yet. I saw a small cutout under the switch assy.and I assume there is a release of some type, but I can't get it to let go...any ideas?
