i have a 460 from a 75 marquis in my 74 ford and i have been thinking of stroking it and eventialy a 8-71 blower give me some tips and what kind of parts to buy. i was thinking trickflow heads and scat crank?? whats your opinion?

 

Trouble with your plan is the blower requires really low compression pistons and if you use them without a blower you have a fairly major slug on your hands. Either go with a blower at rebuild or don't plan on running one.

 

ya i know what you mean you think i could go with like 9:51 compresion and like 8 psi
