95 e-150 sputters
this is my first post on here so bear with me if i ramble on ....well heres my problem i just bought another work van its a 95 e150 with a 4.9 6 cyl. when im driving at slow speeds the van chugs until i give it more gas or let off the gas i changed the plugs i have the wires ,cap and button still to change and when its idleing it kinda sounds like the exhaust is clogged it kinda pops any ideas what it could be it also has 145,xxx miles on it thanks joe
