I Realize That You Find Your Vin In The Door Jamb, But What If The Door Was Swaped Some Time In It's Life? The Jamb On My Truck Says It Was New Lime Green And Had A 240 6cyl, When (at Least Now) It Is Black/white And Has A 360 Or A 390 (havent Figured Out Which One Yet) With A 4bbl Intake? Is There Another Place To Look For Any Other Id's????????

I'm having the same problem. The title has one VIN and the door has another. I looked on the frsme on the Passenger side of the engine compartment and didn't see any stampings. The truck is a 72 F250 4x4, "high boy" supposedly.
