The manual's description only mentions the addition of the sub in the rear. However, I had the Premium setup and when I removed the front door covers there is a place for tweeters. That leads me to believe the Audio-pile set up comes with separate tweeters as well.

I believe the doors have different speakers and component tweeters also. The head units are different, they have another plug for the sub, I’m not sure if anything else in it is different though.

As a heads up, if you replace a premium or single disc deck with an audophile be ready to install a sub because the deck doesn't put out any low frequency (bass) to the regular speakers. A lesson I learned the hard way.
