Y2kFordParts Problem Solved!

Hello all,

I had written a post expressing great dissatisfaction with Y2KFordParts which was operating out of Seattle, WA by a fellow named Willie who had taken over said business from another Ford Forum member, Ed.

I had placed my order on 4/19/07 and more than 30 days later I still had not received my parts and Willie just plain old refused to communicate with me. I then left on a 10 day camping trip to Southern Utah where there was no internet access and no cell service and upon my return I was pleased to have a message from Willie.

Apparently, he was very much over inundated with business and simply became overwhelmed with the amount of orders generated through this very forum. I was able to cancel my order and confirmed that my card was not charged.

Although I am unhappy with the way the entire transaction went down, I do have to say that Willie finally took care of business and it appears that he is on top of the situation. I told him that I would write this post to clear his name of my earlier post.

So please do business with Y2K Ford Parts or Millenium Ford Parts as I believe it is now known. Willie sounds as though he is an honest person who is trying to take care of business.

Also thanks to Ed and Art who were very helpful to me in trying to get this problem resolved. I love this forum and my SD V10
