Well your not suposed to post pictures in a post. It says in the guidelines/rules you agreed to when you joined the site.

The easyest thing to do is put the picture you want in your gallery, and put a link in your post to it.

This was discussed and dealt with.

It was never a rule/guideline to not post a photo...It was considered a courtesy to Dial-up users to Not post LARGE images that can tie up a user's browser for what seems an eternity.

Sgt.

I was sure you knew by now that FTE has galleries available to users for displaying images.

Then you can copy and paste the code in posts.

People have access to other galleries just clicking the user's Name

Displaying images requires a HOST site..that's what the gallery provides.

Youy can also attach images thru the posting procedure.

What I like to see users do it

Post a link to their gallery and invite other people to their gallery to see truck pics ad just leave the forums for Tech related photos......But that's me

Anyway this is the wrong forum for discussing FTE web site topics.

See you in the user gallery forum.

Go to any picture in your gallery, and copy the URL at the top of the page (www.ftewhatever.com), and put it in your post.

If you don't have your own webspace etc you can use the gallery? :/
If it's knife or rec.knives related, I'll host it for you at...
