Rims

putting a 315 on an 8" wide rim will be ok or na? the recommended tire rim width is 8.5 and the range is 8-10"........but i have heard of people saying it will not be that stable with that narrow of a rim?????? i have a 10" wide rim now and i am looking another set that is 8" wide...(trying to get the wheel close in the wheel well)

You can switch the backspacing for that too. Not sure what's gonna fit on an 8" rim though.
