I do not really like the fact that they are just inspecting and greasing the motor and not replacing it. Those gears could easily get worn out from high speed operation if not greased, and greasing them is a band-aid if the problem is there.

funny thing is that when i put my wipers on high, it dont go there, it will if you let them run for about a minute, and switch it on and off rapidly then all of a sudden they start moving fast.
and i agree with you on them not just replacing it, we all know what happens when theres friction and no lube
