Tranny swap
I have a 69 Bronco with a 351W with a auto C-4 and an Atlas II 4:3:1. My tranny is almost shot, and I am looking to upgrade to something that is bullet proof, or close to. I was thinking a C-6, but wanted to find out what is the best. I dont need a super low first gear, the atlas takes care of the low end. Any Ideas? Thanks, Craig

if you put in a c6 the transfer case is on the transmission cocked at a angle. the c4 sits sreight across. thought about doing that also but looks like it will loose alot of ground clearance and maybe have to change the exhaust. if you do it let me know how it turns out.
