Lift not lower

I have a 55 F-250 I am restoring as a daily driver, close to original, but not quite. Has a 67 352 with the matching 4 speed with the front and rear out of a 68 F-250. I am considering raising it an dinch or two so the 8 bolt 16's don't look so out of place, but all I can find is info on lowering. What type of steering and suspension issues am I facing?

IMHO,
a Spring shop will become your best friend...
Any pre-engineered lift kits would be engineered towards a bronco or a late model F series truck... you will have some additional fabrication to do...

Issues?... that i can immediately think of....
Driveshaft / pinion angles
Caster angle
Drag Link

Best of Luck... let's see what she looks like when done... or how it is now...
