power steering pump?
First, I am new. Old Ford lover. I need some help. I have an old ford powersteering pump and have no idea what vehicle it is from. I have an ID tag on the back that reads HBA ER 76H 3C To me it is the old style pump like off the early 70's cougar mustang, but with a different can. Instead of the can with the tiny tube and inserted dipstick, it is an oval tube with a Saginaw style plastic cap/dipstick. Can anyone identify this pump for me. I need to know what vehicle so I can find a high press. steering hose. I have installed a 351C from a 73 mustang into my 1990 Mazda RX-7. This pump was on my shelf and fits beautifully. The fitting on the back is female instead of male and is odd on the inside.
