cooling fans.
i have a 2002 f-350 powerstroke.
i don't tow much; 16' foot trailer with two atv's. im looking for a cooling fan to keep everything cooler. i still plan to keep the stock fan in. its not running hot. trans temp is 165 on a 90 degree day without towing. is that a bad idea?

On a 90 deg day in atlanta you only run 165? Is that in traffic or on the freeway? Thats pretty cool im not sure if you would need fans, i think thats about ideal ATF fluid temperature. Im going to do a fan in front of my extra cooler because my tranny in traffic is like 195 on a 90 degree day in florida, i would like to be about 20 degrees cooler but well see.
