Post Turbo will show cooler readings as the turbo is extracting additional energy out of the exhaust. Guys running EGRs will run hotter Exhaust than those not. There are threads out there than you can do a search on. Dont just trust the first answear that you get, other mods like higher flow exhaust systems also have an effect.
