Hello guys.Best greatings from Germany.My name is Thomas and i drive a 73 Bronco.Here's my question to you:where can i get a adjusting and ring and/or pinion install guide for a D44? Here in Germany i can't find it.I ask some people in USA for it,but they told me that there's no Manual spezialy on the market.I need the torque and how to install information.Is there a page or someone where/who i can get it?

Spartamouse,have to do a complet overhaul.Every thing is damaged.I don't no what's happening at preowners times.Bought the Bronco used 4 weeks ago.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 12-Jul-02 AT 10:44 AM (EST)]Richmond Gear Corporation offers an excellent VHS video that demonstrates how to install gears in all the common axles including the Dana 44. It was very helpful to me and includes the torque specifications.

go to the dana web site and search under single axle service guide. I got the service manual from there. The only thing different is the pinion depth on the 44-7F is 2.625". It was about as good as the Ford service manual.
