Fried Something

Gentlemen- I suspect this is a quick kill. I was placing some cab lights on this weekend and DID NOT disco the battery. The instrument cluster, power windows and radio don't work (no power). However, the headlights, ignition, door locks do work. What did I fry? All the fuses under the driver panel look good. Thanks

It's an '02 and I checked the Instrument Cluster fuse only by pulling it out (STS), I'm back home now so I can finish checking the rest.
