EATC / Blend Door Actuator Problem

EATC / Blend Door Actuator Problem
I'm working on my Daughter's 2000 MM with the EATC system, and I've run into a couple of problems that I need help with.
1) The blend door actuator does not work. It doesn't move in either direction. I've replaced the door actuator unit, and that didn't fix the problem. When checking for voltage at the connector, I'm not getting any power at Pins 7 & 8. I am getting the door position reference voltage at Pin 6. I'm looking for a schematic of the system so that I can check continuity between the EATC controller and the actuator connector. If continuity is good, I would assume that the controller is the culprit. Is there any repair of these controllers? I've already checked and reseated the connectors at the conroller and the actuator a couple of times. Is there any other connectors in between?
2) I've attempted to perform the self test diagnostic check on the EATC as described in previous posts. I cannot get it to enter the self test mode. What else can me done to make it go into self test?
