Head value

What do you guys think the heads from an original 1969 351W are worth? I have a complete, unmolested, untouched 1969 4v 351W and a guy is just begging me to sell him the heads. He has offered a 1978 F150 (minus the drive line), a set of BBK headers and misc for a 302, or cash (but didn't give an amount). Personally I don't really want to part out the engine. I would rather keep it all together for originality value. So...if I said cash...how much do you think I could get for just the heads?

The complete engine will be worth more than it will parting it out. Find the right buyer and you can get a better price for the whole thing. (ebay or one of the classic Stang sites)

That 351 was the most powerful 351w ever made at 290hp (gross). Keep it together, its a rare engine and Im sure somebody would pay good money for the whole engine.
