O.K.
I posted a week or so ago my troubles with the "new" 94 F150 4x4 5.8L Automatic trans Truck I got for a Steal..... no longer a sleal ;-)
Died once, waited >5 min. started up... Ran for 1 hour +/-, stopped to eat lunch, came out or rest., it started, went 3 feet and died.... after 45 min. of monkeying around doing nothing of importance, (tested spark, got spark) with no real action taken by me, it started. went 1 mile, left it running, did my errand and went home. Next morning went to work, drove 25 + miles, died while driving again. This time for the last time. Has not started since.
Replaced:
Fuel filter
Fuel Pump (not fun)
Spark wires look Brand new
Coil looks brand new
Get spark,
get fuel
new air filter
Yesterday I got error codes online and instructions. I don't know if I have the wrong instructiond on connecting the multi meter, but I get a solid 12V DC.
No flashes, no "morris code" to decode, nothing but a solid connected 12V.
If I need some %$#&in' help guys. I REALLY like this truck and I am willing to restore it bit at a time, but holy crap, what is wrong with it or how can I find out what is wrong with it.

Understood. Nice link. Big question. Since I went with the assumption that the fuel pump needed to go I disconnected the battery per the instructions on the pump lit. So did I lose all the data from the actual "deaths"? If so, how likely am I to get useful info from the computer now? Will I find things that are currently keeping it from starting? Have you, a multi Ford F-x50 owner ever seen a case like mine?
And in case this is it, would you like coins, paper money a cashiers check or S&H Green Stamps?

I would say so.

You should get good information if you still have the problem.

Sometimes but not always but it is a good place to start.

Not on my own but have known of other trucks having the same problems.
If it is not fuel then the pick-up coil (PIP Sensor) in the distributor may be bad.
To check to see if it is fuel:
Does it have one or two fuel tanks?
If it has two does it do it if you switch tanks?
We need to check the fuel pressure at the engine with the engine off.
Some auto parts stores will rent you a gauge to check the fuel pressure.
You check the fuel pressure at the fuel manifold (rail) at a small tire like valve.
You do this with the key on and pin #6 of the test (DLC) connector grounded. You should get about 45 PSI pressure and then turn the key off and it should not drop more than about 10 PSI in five minutes.
If this it has good fuel pressure start the engine and the fuel pressure should be about 32 –36 PSI with it Idling and go up to about 43 PSI at WOT.

None of the above, I would like you to click on the little silver scale at the top right in one of my post and leave a comment.
Single tank. Have not checked pressure. have not had time to get the codes the right way yet. I sell Fords for a living. Memorial day sale... ;-( No one here right now. Bored. Want to go home and bust another knuckle.
Thanks man, I'll let you know what I find out tonight.
huh.... just found on a search of the whole freakin planet.... some other dude got what he thought was 133 and some other dude said "no, likely 111, everything o.k."
Is it possible that the error code I would have gotten was the fuel pump that has been replaced and while there is nothing wrong with the new pump, I just did something wrong connecting it?
o.k. Sub, you got me to the 133, and you have not given me anything but hope. So what does 133 mean, is it indeed 1 111 111? Have I lost me truck and my mind?

If you are for sure getting a 133 then I would have to say you have a bad PCM Computer.
ok I sometimes have a brain fart
looked up P0133
back to subject at hand
pump works , good
now we need to elwminate either the fuel or ignition
when it died before did you check for spark
