superchips download error--HELP

On Friday I was changing program on my superchip and for some stupid reason turned on my ignition Error 6 showed on tuner.I unhooked batteries for an hour still truck wont start can anyone help with this

Have you tried reprogramming with the SC back to stock?

What does it say when you hook the tuner back up? Will it allow you to reload the stock program?

I have tried to return to stock programming but it wont even give me the option . I,m wondering if I screwed u-p right in between program changes and no programs were stored is it possible?

it will not let me download any info -says communicating then says error 6 contact superchips
it seems like it cannot read any info at all

If you turn the key on does the WTS light come on? If not check all of the fuses under the dash and under the hood, several are tied to the PCM and could have popped, but It sounds like the PCM is stuck with a partial program and cant do anything.
