What diff ratio with a 5 speed?

What diff ratio with a 5 speed?
I'm swapping out a C6 with a NV4500 in my '77 F350 w/460. The diff is a 3.73. The 5th gear in the NV4500 is .73.
I'm going to be hauling a 10 1/2' slide-in camper. Should I change the diff to a taller #?
Any recommendations?

Thanks for the reply. I'm running LT265/75QR-16 Kumho Road Venture AT KL-78 E tires. They're 30.5" in dia. The NV4500 is going in, in 2 weeks, as is a new Speed Demon carb. New 3155lb rear springs, a 32 gal main tank and KYB shocks all around are now in place. I'm anxious to see how the new setup is going to perform.
