Is there a trick to getting the 63 inch belt on the AC compressor?? I losened the compressor and moved it inwards (towards motor) as far as the limit of the lsot would go, but the belt still won't go on the pulley. Went back to advance and autozone and they say that's the longest belt they have...Hate to take the bracket or the crankshaft pulley sleeve off then force it on the belt...

Is their a trick to getting you to list the type of vehicle and engine size? It makes it rather difficult looking thrugh all the different A/C belts to come close to 63/65" but here's what I found. I assumed you have a V8: 1987 F250
351W = 61 5/8".
420 = 63 1/4"
460 = 62 1/8"
There are longer ones used on Econolines, but your profile says F250, so that's what I went with.
