Yes, they will work with Dual Alts, Yes, they require a bigger elbow ( comes with the kit.) Fits perfect in any superduty and is a easy install ( about 3 hrs ) .
They require a bigger intercooler also.

As bad as I despise Banks I have to hand it to them on thier intercooler.
When we were testing turbos a short while ago on the dyno, we had been driving the truck around with the stock intercooler. The hot side tube was getting so hot that it was actually starting to melt the battery from the ~50 lbs of boost we were running- with the stock system the "cold" side tubes were still far, far too hot to touch after popping the hood.
The customer's truck we were testing decided he wanted one, so we installed it. After the install, the EGT's dropped a good bit...we got the truck up on the dyno and made about 5 pulls. By the end of the 3rd pull the hot side tube had actually gotten hot enough to melt the battery cable and was sparking on the tube- but you could take your hand and grab the cold side tube; it seemed not much hotter than ambient temp. There is something to be said for that...
We have been carrying them since.
