Yeah iam sure its illegal to run no mufflers or at least i think it would be that would = hefty fine plus another fine for the noise im sure and not look good on the driving record... so i dont wanna bother
Cats i dont know if its mandatory they wouldnt notice that i dont think anyways so far up they wouldnt get on their back to look way up there by under the engien lol

I think it is illegal to run without mufflers, but I think you have to keep your exhaust under so and so many decibels. So pretty much if you keep the noise down you wont catch trouble for it. If a guy really wanted to, you could always get an old bottle muffler, and throw a chunk of solid pipe in there to make it look like a muffler! technically you would have a muffler on there
