Duster Dan, what browser do you use to check FTE? You should be able to download a java applet for it. I might pop in a bit later to converse a bit with you all.
I still havn't gotten the chat on this computer yet. Just dropping in to say hi. I've been in the fields since 6 AM. I'm going to go grab a big bowl of ice cream and crash for the night.
How do you access the FTE forums? Internet Explorer? Mozilla Firefox? Whats the name of the program? With that, I can try to determine if you have the newest java loaded.
Ok. That may be an issue. AOL causes more problems than its worth. I know you have Internet Explorer on your computer (its bundled with every PC sold... unless you run a Mac ). You want to use that program.
What you should do:
1.) Find Internet Explorer on your computer
2.) Open it up, and put this address in the 'address bar' : https://www.ford-trucks.com/chat/index.php
3.) See what happens. It might work right off the bat, or it might require an upgrade. We wont know till you try it out.
