Ok. That may be an issue. AOL causes more problems than its worth. I know you have Internet Explorer on your computer (its bundled with every PC sold... unless you run a Mac 
). You want to use that program.
What you should do:
1.) Find Internet Explorer on your computer
2.) Open it up, and put this address in the 'address bar' : https://www.ford-trucks.com/chat/index.php
3.) See what happens. It might work right off the bat, or it might require an upgrade. We wont know till you try it out.
