I was wondering if anyone knows what the heck HEGO is...I am trying to get codes out of my 94' F150 and this is all I get. It says: "Left Bank Lean, Check HEGO". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if it is saying left bank lean then you have ether 2 or 3 on the 94 and you must have a V8 so it is probably the left one closest to the header.
BUT that doesn't mean it is bad it only means that it is getting a lean reading. could be and probably is another problem
