Mass air conversion update...

Well guys I got my truck fired up through a 94 F-150 mass air computer and was just wondering how come my front fuel pump is the only pump working and actually putting out 40lbs of pressure. Before the swap the front and rear fuel pump worked fine?

Maybe the 94 only had one pump.

Sound like you are getting it. I have been way out . Like 20 miles off paved road and 40 from cell service working on Aunt house.( I live in country and did know quite till I spent time there) I thought the pump system was independent from as far as the 2 pump system . I know it ECM needs fuel pressure to run. I'll dig up my Factory Ford repair /wireing CD and see if I can look up.

Run a post on the fuel injection / motors forum

The computer has nothing to do with which switching tanks. All the computer does is signal the fuel pump on and off. The pump that runs is decided with the dash switch and the dash switch alone.
